Youth

I’ve never felt more young and naive than I have today.

It was one of those days where thin rivulets of sunlight permeate silver layers of cloud and everything looks oddly pretty but feels sad. Everyone moves slowly. Everyone is asphyxiated by sadness for no apparent reason.

So all you can do on days like this is to embrace the sadness. You have to sit in the passenger seat of your best friend’s car and listen to Youth Lagoon really loud and smoke cigarettes till you feel the cancer settling in.

You have to appreciate the naivete of being young and discontent.
